Born and Raised in New Delhi, I lived in Kenya for 13 years before I moved to the U.S. in 1999. My linguist skills include speaking fluent Hindi, Punjabi and Kiswahili besides English. Personally, I am a fun person to be with but as a real estate professional, I take my job very seriously. 

It has been my desire to help homeowners who are in financial distress or facing other kinds of harship. Previously, not having enough knowledge on the laws/repercussions of short sales, I decided to get myself educated. Now I am a Certified Pre Foreclosure Specialist( PSC) and have recently also completed extensive training for the Certified Distressed Property Designation. I have the knowledge, strategies and relationships with the banks to get Short Sales approved. 
I have also completed the REALTOR e-PRO^Ò course has made me one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS.^® Check roster http://epronar.com

The REALTOR e-PRO certification is specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home. I belong to the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who provide high quality and innovative online-based real estate services.  

My goal is to give my clients the highest level of service. I work around your schedule and always strive to answer any questions you may have. My goal is for all my clients to be well informed and comfortable as we go through our real estate transaction.  My expert knowledge of the real estate market will be a tremendous asset to you whether you are buying or selling.

In my previous career in the Media business,I gained rigorous training to perform at the highest level of professionalism, honesty and integrity, and I sincerely believe in building and sustaining strong relationships with my clients. While in the Media industry, I learned that being prompt and responsible in customer service is key to good business practice. I was also involved in contract negotiations with large corporations.... and now I am putting that experience to work for all of my clients.
