"My name is Lonny Attebery. Late last year my wife and I made the difficult decision to proceed with a short sale of our house in San Ramon, CA. We initially spoke to more than one realtor, but Rama Mehra was the only one that gave us the peace of mind that everything would be ok.
During the entire process, Rama was very attentive and treated us as friends rather than a client. We had many difficult questions during the process and Roma was very quick to answer our concerns, which put our minds at ease on a regular basis.
I heard horror stories in the past how short sales take a long time, but Rama was on top of things. "The very first thing i like about Ramaji is her honesty and truthfullness. Most of the realtors are always in a mood to get some kind of house and make some money of it and move to next client. But Ramaji is exactly opposite. She really quotes as which house is good and how much price worth is it with full honesty. She has much higher patience than us, At times we were tired of seeing so many houses, but she always consoled us to be patient and look for the right choice of house as needed for us, even if it takes months or years. That was really nice of her. While bidding also, she always told us the truth if we were overbidding or if the house was appropriate based on our interests.
