First Quarter 2014
There were 36 new listings this quarter. The average listing price was $882,976 or $379 per square foot. These homes were listed for an average of 14.7 days. There were 25 pending listings with an average listing price of $830,083 or $390 per sq ft. Average days on the market was 25. For sold properties, there were 12 listings with an average selling price of $833,709 with an average 12 days listed on the market.
First Quarter 2013
During the first quarter of 2013, the average listing price of the 21 new listings was $8744,704 or $331 per square foot. Average days on the market for these new listings was 21. There were 20 pending listings with an average listing price of $707,017. These pending properties had an average of 20 days on the market. The average listing price for 12 sold properties was $655,078 or $292/sq ft. These homes were sold with an average selling price of $650,892 or $306/sq ft. Average days on the market was 12 days.
There is an increase of 26% in Average Selling price in this year’s first quarter compared to last year. While the Average Listing Price for new listings has risen to 19% from last year’s first quarter.
