New City Developments Coming Soon in Danville, San Ramon, and Dublin. These cities are bringing about amazing venues for residents of San Ramon, Danville and Dublin, and these have been much awaited projects that will create a boost for the local Tri Valley economies.
San Ramon’s City Center is Bishop Ranch’s newest development in San Ramon, CA. Bishop Ranch is Northern California’s largest office park. There will be a staggering 350,000 square feet of retail space built for the first phase of the project. This will include a movie theater, restaurants, and community services. It is estimated to be completed in 2016. Renzo Piano is the acclaimed Italian architect who designed the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. He has been commissioned to design the City Center’s Plaza.
The historic Danville Hotel is being reborn for $25 million dollars in Danville, CA! It will be in the heart of downtown Danville as a 37,500 sq. ft. retail, residential, and commercial development. Estimated for completion in fall 2015, the building will include a parking garage, an outdoor plaza, three restaurants, and a plethora of stores. Also, 16 condominiums will be built on the 2nd story. Also being restored is the 411 Hartz Hotel and the McCauley house, which both date back to the 1890’s.
Persimmon Place is a new shopping center at Hacienda Drive and Dublin Blvd in Dublin, CA. The 40,000 sq. ft. Whole Foods will feature outdoor fire pits, dining tables, and a tap room. HomeGoods and Nordstrom Rack are adjacent tenants. Upscale dining will be in Persimmon Place and it’s projected to be completed in spring of 2015. Also in Dublin where the former Macaroni Grill was in Hacienda Crossings will be Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar coming at the end of 2014. This 8,000 sq. ft. space will have year-round dining in its covered patio!
