San Ramon Art & Wind Festival:
When: Sunday and Monday, May 28 & 29, 2017, 11am-6pm
Location: San Ramon Central Park, 12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon
Enjoy browsing and shopping among the many fine arts, crafts and speciality food vendors at the San Ramon Art & Wind Festival. This free, family-friendly event highlights 150 talented artists in California and beyond exhibiting and selling their work over Memorial Day weekend. Visitors will enjoy a wide variety of beautifully hand-crafted items including paintings, photographs, jewelry, clothing, pottery, toys, gourmet food products and more on display at San Ramon Central Park, located at 12501 Boulevard in San Ramon.
Activities include: Kid’s Zone, Arts & Crafts, Wind Activities, Food, Information Ally and MORE!!

San Ramon Celebrates the Wind – Professional Kite Flyers
Kites are one of the main attractions of the event. National kite flying champions will present professional Kite Flying Demonstrations on both days on the Lucky A’s Ballfield (first field behind the skatepark). Watch teams of kite flyers and individuals perform their amazing tricks. Bring a blanket or some chairs and enjoy the day!
Kite-making Workshop
The Art & Wind Festivals most popular attraction! Visit the Fountain Room inside the San Ramon Community Center to make your own kite. Decorate your kite and then take it outside onto one of the many fields in Central Park and make it fly!
Hang Gliding Demonstration
Sit in a hang glider and learn about this exciting sport.

The East Bay Bicycle Coalition will provide FREE valet bike parking at the San Ramon Art and Wind Festival.

Parking Info
There are three main parking lots that provide easy access to the festival:
Bishop Ranch One lost is located on the southeast corner of Camino Ramon and Bollinger Canyon.
Bishop Ranch Three is located at 2603 Camino Ramon.
Handicapped parking is located in the Iron Horse Middle School Parking Lot at the intersection of Alcosta and Woodland.
Parking at each of these lots is $5.00.

The best way to get to the Art and Wind Festival is via the County Connection Bus Service. Plan your trip for destination to the San Ramon Transit Center located a short walk from San Ramon Central Park.
