Katricia is a California native and has been a Realtor® since 2003. She began working with Rama Mehra in 2012, combining her executive administrative experience and her real estate expertise into a dynamic director of operations position. Since then, Katricia has become a vital member of Asante Realty’s dedicated team. She enjoys sharing her knowledge while helping Rama’s clients go through the buying or selling process, and she holds licenses in California and Washington state.

 

Katricia, her husband, and their three children reside in Renton, WA, just outside Seattle. She truly believes that there is no place like home!
