Don’t Be a Grinch—Join the Bah Humbug! 5K Run/Walk!

Feeling a little bah humbug this holiday season? Don’t worry, we’ve got just the thing to turn that Grinchy frown upside down! Join us on Saturday, December 7th at the San Ramon Central Park Community Center for the 2024 Bah Humbug! 5K Run/Walk—a holiday tradition that’s as fun as unwrapping presents on Christmas morning!

Whether you’re a Cindy Lou Who sprinting to the finish or more of a Max-the-dog type, this event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Plus, you’ll get a festive long-sleeved shirt and the iconic Bah Humbug! ornament—no need to steal decorations like our green friend up on Mt. Crumpit.

Why Join the Fun?

• Chip-timed 5K: Get your Whoville speed on, whether you’re walking, jogging, or racing!
• Kid’s Dash: For ages 4-9—let the little Whos burn off some holiday energy on a 1K course.
• Costume Contest: Channel your inner Grinch or holiday spirit and compete for prizes like Most Grinch-Like.
• Free Treats: Ice cream, fruit, and refreshments to refuel after all that running!

Registration Deets 🗓️

• 5K Early Bird: $35 before September 30—save those Who-bucks!
• Kid’s Dash: Just $25 through race day. (Psst, registered kiddos in the 5K run ages 4-9 can join again for free!)
• Packet Pickup: Friday, December 6, at  San Ramon Sports Basement at 1041 Market Place (1:00–5:00 PM) or on race day.

Race Day Schedule

• Kid’s Dash: 8:15 AM
• 5K Start: 8:30 AM
